TableFlow requires a WiFi connection to sync orders between devices — just like most modern POS systems. In practice this is rarely an issue, as restaurant WiFi is reliable. If internet drops temporarily, we advise using a mobile hotspot as a backup, which works instantly on any phone.
Not at all. If your staff can use WhatsApp, they can use TableFlow. The interface is designed to be as simple as possible — tap a table, tap the items, done. Most staff are fully up to speed within 10 minutes. We also provide training on setup day.
No problem. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, with one month's notice. We don't believe in locking restaurants in — if TableFlow is right for you, you'll stay because you want to.
You reach our support team directly — no automated queues, no bots. A real person responds and actually knows the product. On the Essential plan we respond within 48 hours. On Pro and Growth we respond the same day.
No. TableFlow works on the phones, tablets and laptops you already own. Any device with a browser and WiFi works — Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows laptop. If a device breaks, just grab another one and open the link. Nothing needs to be installed.
The monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, support and ongoing feature updates. As long as you're a customer, any new features we release are included at no extra cost. We're constantly improving TableFlow based on what real restaurants tell us they need.
